If nothing is streaming, the whole panel disappears rather than sitting there empty, and Home starts at the first row instead. That is expected, not a fault.

Finding games to watch
Everything worth watching is gathered on Home. Search and Calendar are there for when you know what you are looking for.
This guide walks through the Home screen row by row, then covers the two other ways to reach a game: searching for a club, and your own calendar. Nothing here needs a remote button you have not already used — it is all left, right and select.
The Home screen
Home opens on the biggest thing available: whatever is live right now. Below that sit rows of games, replays and highlights, each one scrolling sideways. Press down to move between rows and left or right within a row.
What is live right now
The top of Home is given over to live streams. If more than one game is live, it becomes a carousel — press right to page through it, and the dots at the bottom show where you are. Each panel carries the two teams, the score, the competition, the kick-off time and a Go to game button.
The rows explained
The rows are built from what you follow and what your leagues publish, so they differ between accounts. From the top:
Live right now
Games streaming at this moment. Empty rows are hidden, so if you cannot see it, nothing is live.
Match highlights
Short clips from recent games — the quickest way to catch up.
Replays
Full games you can watch back from the start.
For you
Upcoming games from the teams you follow.
Competition highlights
Clips from the leagues you follow, rather than from one team.
Cards dim until you move onto them. The one with focus brightens, grows slightly and reveals the teams, the score and the competition underneath — so you can read the detail without leaving the row.
Refreshing Home
Home reloads by itself when you open it and when the app comes back to the foreground. If you are already sitting on Home and want fresh data, press Play/Pause on the remote.
Refreshes are limited to once every ten seconds, so pressing Play/Pause repeatedly does nothing extra.
Searching for a club
Search looks for clubs, not for individual games. Type part of a club name, pick it from the results, and you land on that club's teams — from there you open a team to reach its games.
If you are hunting for one specific fixture, your calendar is usually faster than search.
Your calendar
The Calendar tab is your own fixtures rather than everything in the league. It is split into three rows: today's games first, then what is coming, then what has already been played. Coming and Past keep loading more as you scroll right.
